Over 1 million people have seen Michael’s London Palladium pantomimes.
In 2022, with Andrew Lloyd Webber, Michael formed Lloyd Webber Harrison Musicals to produce both new musicals and revivals of Andrew’s existing work. Lloyd Webber Harrison Musicals productions include: Jesus Christ Superstar (The London Palladium & Theatre Royal Drury Lane) starring Sam Ryder, CATS (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), CATS: The Jellicle Ball (Broadhurst Theatre), Starlight Express (Troubadour), Evita (The London Palladium) starring Rachel Zegler, and Sunset Blvd. (Savoy and St James, Broadway). This year they are set to see Evita transfer to Broadway (Winter Garden), Starlight Express to begin its World Tour and Jesus Christ Superstar and CATS both to embark on major UK Tours.
With Cameron Mackintosh, he produced the Chichester Festival Theatre production of Barnum and the major 2025 revival of the legendary musical Miss Saigon which, following it’s sold-out UK & Ireland Tour, will open at the Prince Edward Theatre in 2027.
Michael produced Disney’s Bedknobs and Broomsticks on tour in the UK.
He is the Chief Executive of Crossroads Pantomimes, responsible for many of the major number one pantomimes across the UK.
Michael was awarded a companionship to the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts by Sir Paul McCartney and the Freedom of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne in recognition of his services to theatre in the region.
